LOCATION…….THE CITY OF ST JOHN. Through various complaints from individual tenants, who reside in the Apartment Complex of Home Heights, located in St. John MO, TENANTS been complaining about their electricity. It has come to my attention THAT the management JACK SHI AND SHARON JORDAN is committing A CRIME by NOT INVESTIGATING THE illegally rewiring THE 54 APARTMENTS. I PERSONAALLY SHOWED THE CRIMANAL ACTIVITY TO PATROLMAN ANDERSON OF THE CANINE UNIT OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF ST JOHN. THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ROBERT PETEET WAS ALSO ESCORTED BY THE POLICE OF ST JOHN TO SEE THE STEALING OF WIRING… THE OWNERS OF HOME HEGHTS APARTMENTS Tap into the wires OF tenants who receive Low-Income, such as Section 8, B.J.C, and OTHER Subsidized government services. THE Management OF HOMEHIGHTS APARTMENTS is having Tenants pay for his portion of electricity without the knowledge of the tenants. EVEN THOUGH The City OF ST JOHN has been made aware of said findings BY RESIDENT MANAGER ( DEREK WADE ) ON 3/13/2012 . TO THIS DAY THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ROBERT POTEETE HAS NOT DONE A PROPER INVESTIGATION. THE BUILDING INSPECTOR ROBERT POTEETE has chosen to alert the owner, warning him to correct the issue BEFORE A OFFICIALPOLICE INVESTIGATION. I THINK IT IS A COVER UP BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO THE CITY HALL TO ASK FOR A COMPLAINT NUMBER FOR THE 3 SQUAD CARS AND I BUILDING INSPECTOR, THERE WAS NO COMPLAINT NUMBER THAT WAS FILED. : Facts: ILLEGAL AND Faulty Wiring, (2) Illegal Transfer of electricity, (3) Notified City, (4) : Individual tenants are experiencing financial hardship because they are paying higher electricity bills because of the managements IS USING THE tenants electricity to keep him from having to pay an electric bill for the Common areas such as the Parking lots, building interior and exterior lighting.
